1. Platform role
RozKamai is an intermediary marketplace and workflow platform. It helps buyers publish ecommerce shopping requests and helps cardholders discover requests that may match eligible card discounts, cashback offers, reward points, or bank-linked promotions. RozKamai is not a bank, lender, card issuer, payment network, wallet, escrow bank, financial advisor, or credit provider. We do not issue credit cards, approve credit limits, provide loans, process card transactions directly, or guarantee card rewards from any issuer.
Users remain responsible for their own actions. Cardholders decide whether to accept a request and place an order. Buyers decide whether to submit a request and pay the required amount. Admins may review requests, proofs, and disputes, but platform review does not replace the obligations users have under ecommerce platform rules, bank rules, card issuer terms, courier rules, tax requirements, and applicable law.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, including name, email, mobile number, role, and any required KYC, bank, or profile details. You must keep your login credentials safe and must not allow another person to use your account. If you register as a buyer, you may create shopping requests for products you genuinely want delivered. If you register as a cardholder, you may accept only those requests you can fulfil using your own eligible payment method and your own ecommerce account where required.
You must not create duplicate accounts to bypass limits, manipulate requests, evade restrictions, or interfere with the platform. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that submit false information, upload misleading proof, harass users, attempt fraud, misuse card benefits, violate issuer or ecommerce platform terms, or create operational risk for other users.
3. Buyer shopping requests
Buyers must provide accurate product links, product names, platform names, variants, quantities, expected card offers, bank names, card types, discount amounts, payout amounts, commission amounts, delivery addresses, GST preferences, and special instructions. A buyer must not request prohibited products, illegal products, fake orders, manipulated orders, return abuse, or any transaction designed to deceive a bank, marketplace, courier, tax authority, or user.
Buyers should ensure the product can be delivered to the provided address, the product details are correct, the required card offer is active, and the total payable amount is understood before submission. Once submitted, a request may require admin review and payment proof verification before it becomes visible to cardholders. Admin approval does not guarantee that a cardholder will accept the request, that an ecommerce platform will honour a discount, or that the product will remain in stock.
4. Cardholder acceptance and responsibilities
Cardholders must review each request carefully before accepting. You should confirm the product, variant, platform, required card or offer, expected discount, payout, commission, delivery details, GST requirement, and special instructions. You must not accept a request if your card is ineligible, the offer has expired, the product price has changed beyond the allowed range, the card benefit has already been used, or you cannot complete the order flow on time.
After accepting, you must place the order only for the requested product and upload the ecommerce order ID and order confirmation screenshot within the required time. You must then upload courier name, tracking ID, shipping proof, delivery OTP proof where applicable, delivered proof, and invoice where required. Order ID and tracking ID must match the delivered product, or the buyer may cancel or dispute the order. You must not contact the delivery person for updates; ask the buyer in order chat.
5. Card and payment safety
Cardholders must never share card numbers, CVV, card PIN, banking passwords, netbanking credentials, UPI PIN, OTP, issuer login details, or sensitive authentication data with buyers or any other user. Buyers must not ask for such information. RozKamai will never ask users to reveal card authentication secrets in chat. Any user who requests or shares sensitive payment credentials may be suspended.
Users are responsible for complying with card issuer terms and ecommerce platform rules. Some card offers may be limited by product category, account, cardholder, transaction amount, billing cycle, or campaign terms. If a bank, issuer, or ecommerce platform reverses cashback, cancels a discount, blocks an order, delays delivery, rejects a payment, or changes campaign rules, RozKamai is not responsible for the issuer’s decision. Payouts and disputes may be adjusted based on verified order status.
6. Payments, payouts, and commissions
Buyer payable amounts, payout amounts, and cardholder commissions are displayed before request submission or deal acceptance. The platform may require buyer payment proof before making a request visible. Cardholder payout is generally linked to successful order fulfilment, delivery proof, and verification. If an order is cancelled, returned, rejected, disputed, mismatched, or incomplete, payout may be delayed, reduced, reversed, or cancelled according to the final verified status.
Payout requests may be reviewed for risk, internal audit, duplicate claims, proof quality, chargeback risk, return risk, GST invoice compliance, delivery mismatch, or support disputes. We may ask for additional proof before releasing funds. Processing timelines shown on the platform are estimates and may vary due to banking delays, holidays, verification queues, risk review, or incomplete user information.
7. Proof, verification, and disputes
Proof uploads must be genuine, readable, and related to the accepted order. Fake screenshots, edited screenshots, reused screenshots, unrelated tracking IDs, mismatched product proof, incomplete invoices, false delivery claims, or misleading chat messages are prohibited. Admins may approve, reject, or request clarification for order proof, shipping proof, delivery OTP proof, delivered proof, and invoice records.
Buyers and cardholders may raise support tickets related to payment, proof, delivery, cancellation, refund, payout, or account issues. We may use uploaded files, order chat, request metadata, audit logs, payment references, tracking information, timestamps, and user history to review disputes. Our decision may be based on available evidence. Users must cooperate and provide accurate information within the requested time.
Users should keep all important communication inside the platform. External calls, personal chat messages, or informal promises may not be accepted as reliable proof if they are not supported by platform records. If you need clarification about delivery OTP, address, order status, invoice, or proof rejection, use order chat or support tickets. Cardholders must not contact delivery personnel for private updates; delivery coordination should happen through the buyer and the platform workflow.
8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
A cardholder may cancel an accepted order before delivery OTP is shared, subject to platform rules. A buyer may dispute or cancel an order if proof is false, order details do not match, tracking details do not match, the wrong product is delivered, GST requirements are ignored, or delivery evidence is insufficient. If a product is returned, cancelled, rejected by the ecommerce platform, or refunded, payout and commission may be adjusted accordingly.
Users must not create orders with the intent to abuse return policies, generate artificial rewards, manipulate discounts, or misrepresent product delivery. Any pattern of suspicious cancellations, repeated mismatches, fake proof, or refund abuse may result in account restriction and withholding of payouts pending review.
Where GST invoice is required, the cardholder must ensure the delivered order includes the requested GST invoice details. If GST details are missing after delivery, a deduction or payout adjustment may apply according to the request terms. If the product price changes, users must follow the request’s allowed price-change rules. A higher checkout amount does not automatically increase payout unless the buyer, admin, and platform records approve the change.
9. Prohibited activity
You must not use RozKamai for illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. Prohibited activity includes fake orders, fake screenshots, unauthorized card use, credential sharing, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, delivery manipulation, courier harassment, tax fraud, GST invoice misuse, multiple account abuse, platform scraping, spam, threats, harassment, or any attempt to bypass verification controls. You must not use the platform to mislead banks, ecommerce platforms, payment providers, couriers, buyers, cardholders, or administrators.
You must also avoid behaviour that damages marketplace trust, even if it is not listed word for word above. This includes repeatedly accepting requests you cannot fulfil, submitting unclear proof after warnings, pressuring buyers to approve incomplete orders, creating unrealistic buyer requests, asking users to move sensitive coordination outside the platform, or attempting to exploit temporary offer glitches in a way that violates issuer or ecommerce terms.
10. Limitation of liability
RozKamai provides a marketplace workflow and verification system on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, guaranteed earnings, guaranteed buyer savings, guaranteed discounts, guaranteed card rewards, guaranteed product availability, or guaranteed delivery. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from platform use, user conduct, issuer decisions, ecommerce platform decisions, courier delays, payment delays, or disputes between users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform, legal requirements, risk controls, payment workflows, or marketplace rules evolve. Continued use of RozKamai after updates means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us at support@rozkamai.com for account-related questions.
